Enquiries

When you use the contact form, the site collects your name, email address, selected project type and message. This information is provided directly by you and is used to respond to your enquiry, consider potential work and keep a record of correspondence. The lawful bases relied on are taking steps at your request before entering a contract and the studio’s legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records information about visits to the site, including pages viewed, interactions, device and browser information and approximate location. This is used to understand how the site performs and how people use it. Analytics is based on your consent and does not load if you decline.

The site uses a small number of service providers:

• Vercel hosts and delivers the website.
• Resend delivers contact-form enquiries to the studio by email.
• Google Analytics provides website analytics after consent.

These providers process information on the studio’s behalf and may process data in countries outside the UK under the safeguards described in their own privacy notices. Personal information is not sold.

Contact-form messages are delivered by email and the website does not create a separate enquiry database. Correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer potential or active work, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Google Analytics information is retained according to the retention setting in the studio’s Google Analytics property.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact fin@thatsthat.studio to make a request.

You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
